Neurologically Based Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is a natural, science-based approach to health that focuses on the brain to body communication. At the center of that communication is the nervous system: the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. It controls every function in the body, from movement and posture to digestion, immunity, and stress response.
When the brain or spine is under stress from daily life, injuries, poor posture, or emotional strain, that stress can interfere with how the nervous system sends and receives information. Chiropractic care is designed to restore balance and improve this communication, allowing the body to function the way it was meant to, without pain, restriction, and disease.
Rather than simply chasing symptoms, chiropractic care addresses the root cause of your health concerns and supports the body's built-in ability to adapt, heal, and thrive!
How We Choose Your Adjustment
No two nervous systems carry stress the same way, so no two people here get the same adjustment. Before we ever adjust you, we read your body four ways.
What we look atYour story
A real health history consult: what your body has been through, what it is carrying now, and what is coming that it will need to handle.
Neurological Profile
Three INSiGHT scans show where stress is stuck: how well your heart adapts, how hard your spinal muscles are working, and where the nerves that run your organs are strained.
Digital X-rays
Structure tells a story too. X-rays show how years of stress adaptation have changed your spine over time.
Your preference
Some people want hands-on adjustments. Others want only the gentle Integrator instrument. We blend both around what you prefer and what your system responds to.
All of that data tells us what kind of adjustment your nervous system needs. D.D. Palmer, the founder of chiropractic, taught that disease begins when nerve tone drifts too tense or too slack, and that is still how we read your system today. A system stuck in fight-or-flight runs too tight, like an over-wound guitar string: Torque Release analysis finds the primary tuning pegs along your spine, and gentle tonal adjustments with the Integrator wind that tension down. A system running too slack needs the opposite: manual, hands-on adjustments that build tone back up.
We also adjust less than you might expect. Torque Release runs on a simple rule: less is more. A few precise contacts with our hands or the Integrator give your nervous system a clear signal it can process, and your body does the rest between visits.
Your nervous system teaches us as we go. Visit by visit, we learn what your system responds to best and adapt your adjustments to match, so your results keep building instead of leveling off.
What does neurologically based chiropractic care mean?
Your brain, spinal cord, and nerves run every function in your body, and stress can interfere with that communication. That interference is what we care for. The scans show us where stress is stuck, and specific, gentle adjustments clear it so your body can adapt and heal the way it was designed to.
Do adjustments hurt?
No. Most of the adjusting we do uses the Integrator, a small handheld instrument that delivers a quick, precise, very gentle impulse. Hands-on adjustments are gentle too. We always work within what your body is comfortable with, and we adjust less than you might expect: a few precise contacts give your nervous system a clear signal, and your body does the rest between visits.
Will I hear popping or cracking?
Sometimes with manual adjustments, never with the Integrator. The sound is just gas releasing from the joint, and research shows it has nothing to do with whether an adjustment worked. We measure your progress with scans, not sounds.
What is the Integrator?
The Integrator is the FDA-cleared adjusting instrument used in Torque Release Technique. It delivers its impulse in a fraction of a second, exactly where your analysis shows your nervous system needs it, with no twisting or cracking. It’s gentle enough for newborns and precise enough for the trickiest spots on your spine.
Can chiropractic help with more than back pain?
Your nervous system controls far more than your back: digestion, sleep, immunity, and your stress response all run through it. When adjustments clear the interference, practice members often notice changes well beyond pain relief. We never promise to cure any condition. We restore the communication and let your body do the healing.
