Texting Terms
Radius Chiropractic texting program
Radius Chiropractic offers optional texts from 828-900-1567. You choose which types you want:
- Appointment-related messages responding to your inquiry, following up on an appointment request, or communicating scheduling changes.
- Promotional messages about Radius services and offers, including chiropractic, spinal decompression, and red light therapy.
Messages may be sent using automated systems. Signing up for one category does not sign you up for the other. You can request an appointment, purchase services, and receive care without agreeing to texts.
Frequency and charges
The number of messages varies with your requests, replies, and selected categories. Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data under your plan. Contact your provider if you have questions about those charges.
Stop messages or get help
To leave this program, text STOP to 828-900-1567. After a final acknowledgment, further program texts will stop unless you affirmatively sign up again. You may also contact the office to withdraw permission. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment request or a confirmed visit; contact the office about scheduling changes.
For assistance, text HELP, call 828-333-4447, or email office@radiuschiropractic.com. If you want to receive texts again after leaving, contact the office. The team will verify your new permission and explain any additional step required by the messaging provider. Completing a form again may not remove a provider's texting block.
Appointment requests and sensitive information
An appointment request is not a confirmed visit. The team will call you to confirm a time. Texting is for general communication and scheduling, not diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergencies. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information by ordinary text. For an emergency, call 911.
Delivery and number changes
Delivery depends on network availability and your mobile provider. Carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Texts may not be available on every device or network.
Only enroll a phone number you are authorized to use. Tell the office if your number changes or is no longer yours so the practice can update its records.
Privacy and contact
See the Privacy Policy for information about the website and this texting program. These terms apply to the lead-texting number above; they do not enroll you in a separate patient-messaging system.
