Texting Terms of Service
What this texting program is
Radius Chiropractic sends texts from 828-900-1567 to people who request an appointment on our website and check the optional box agreeing to texts. We text you to answer your questions, follow up on your appointment request, and share scheduling updates, like a confirmed time or a change. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Checking the box is optional. You can request an appointment and get care without agreeing to texts. Messages may be sent using automated systems.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your requests and replies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider with questions about those charges.
How to stop texts
Text STOP to 828-900-1567 at any time to opt out. You'll get one final text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then the texts stop. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment request or a confirmed visit, so call the office about scheduling changes.
If you want texts again after opting out, contact the office. The team will confirm your permission and explain any extra step the messaging provider requires. Completing a form again may not remove a provider's texting block.

Age
You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts. If you're requesting an appointment for a child, use a parent or guardian's phone number.
Appointment requests and sensitive information
An appointment request is not a confirmed visit. The team will call you to confirm a time. Texting is for general communication and scheduling, not diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergencies. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information by text. For an emergency, call 911.
Delivery and carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability and your mobile provider, and texts may not be available on every device or network.
Only enroll a phone number you are authorized to use. Tell the office if your number changes or is no longer yours so the practice can update its records.
Privacy
